Work has commenced on IM Properties’ speculatively developed high quality industrial & distribution space at its Blythe Valley Park scheme (BVP) junction 4, M42.
The £26m, 209,000 sq ft Connexion scheme is a new build campus of five, high specification units ranging from 31,000 sq ft to 56,500 sq ft, ready for occupation by Q3, 2018.
IM Properties’ in-house project delivery team will manage construction of the scheme in partnership with local contractor, Benniman.
