Now fully occupied, Taylor Wimpey’s new 9,393 sq ft training facility opening Q1 next year, completes the occupancy of 113, 914 sq ft of space, in what is the largest multi-let office building on the M42.

GKN Aerospace touches down at Blythe Valley Park One of the most famous names in British engineering is taking office space at IM Properties’ Blythe Valley Park (BVP) scheme on junction 4, M42.

GKN Aerospace has signed up for 11,403 sq ft at One Central Boulevard (OCB), which has attracted a variety of quality occupiers since its £5 million refurbishment.

SERVE will debut its flagship venue in the city, launching a new social entertainment brand, combining a stylish and contemporary bar with an immersive ping pong experience.
