Purchased in 2013 by IM Properties, The Hub has become a well-established Industrial and Urban Logistics park, with excellent links to the M6 and central Birmingham. Following acquisition IM Properties has invested £58m investment into The Park.
The Hub is now one of Birmingham’s most successful employment locations and is all-but full – as the last three speculative units completed in spring 2019.
The Hub is an ideal location to serve Birmingham and the wider Midlands region and is home to major occupiers including TNT, Argos Online, KitchenCraft, Iron Mountain, Timet, EEF Ltdand the new home of the Birmingham Wholesale Markets. The Hub has also been identified as an Economic Zone within the Birmingham Big City Plan.
IM Properties also delivered the UK’s first Electricity Cost Neutral (ECN) Urban Logistics building (Hub 69), which is now occupied by Argos.
