Purchased out of receivership by IM Properties in 2013, Blythe Valley Park has since been transformed into a thriving mixed-use business park, strategically located in the heart of the UK, combining commercial office space, industrial warehousing, new homes and a strong amenity offer. The Park is surrounded by 122 acres of stunning parkland, with leisure and amenity facilities on site such as Virgin Active Gym and Java Lounge Coffee House.

Blythe Valley Park is home to world class occupiers including Siemens, Oracle, Gymshark, GKN Aerospace, Abbott and many more. The Park has been repositioned with a strong focus on wellbeing, and a programme of events under the banner ‘Wellness at Work’ encourages occupiers to consider work / life balance to enhance the wellbeing of staff and productivity of their businesses. The surrounding parkland has footpaths and cycle paths for occupiers and local residents to enjoy, where they can also appreciate and learn more about the wildlife on site from the nature boards situated along the routes.

Blythe Valley Park has now become a truly mixed-use site, with planning permission secured for the delivery of up to 750 new homes, with the first phases being delivered by Crest Nicholson, Bloor Homes and Bromford Homes on the Park. The new homes will offer residents an outstanding environment with easy access to the surrounding Country Park, onsite amenity and fantastic public transport links back to Solihull town centre.

The Park also features an around the clock security presence in combination with a comprehensive CCTV and Vehicle Recognition System provides a safe and secure working environment for occupiers 24 hours a day.
