IM Properties spent more than £30 million transforming this historic listed building into a prestigious Grade A office scheme in the heart of Birmingham’s Colmore Business district, with fantastic amenities on its doorstep. 55 Colmore was sold in January 2018 for £98 million to TH Real Estate and boasts 160,000 sq ft of prime office space.

The building’s Grade II listed Victorian façade was carefully preserved and the 19th Century banking hall was restored and reconfigured to create a dramatic reception area. 55 Colmore Row was also rated BREEAM Excellent for sustainability and won a BCO regional award for Best recycled / refurbished workplace in 2018.

55 Colmore Row is now home to occupiers such as Pinsent Masons, RICS, Savills and Birmingham’s first Gaucho and Fazenda restaurants. Employees at 55 Colmore Row have the benefit of 24-hour access, 24-hour security as well as underground car and cycle parking, and shower facilities.
