GARY HUTTON

Chief Executive Officer

A former Partner with BDO Stoy Hayward specialising in real estate, before joining in 2010 Gary was an advisor to IM Properties and IM Group for over 20 years. Gary combines his role of CEO of the property company with a seat on the Executive Board of IM Group.

TIM WOOLDRIDGE

Managing Director

Having joined the company in 1998, Tim has a broad experience of property investment and asset management. Previously, as Director in the firm’s Investment Department, Tim has been responsible for the strategic growth of the company and its move into international markets.

ADRIAN CLARKE

Finance Director

Adrian joined IM Properties in January 2011 and is responsible for the finance function of the business. Adrian was previously a Director at Baker Tilly, focusing on Property and Construction, prior to that he worked within the audit department at BDO Stoy Hayward.

KEVIN ASHFIELD

Development Director

Kevin joined IM Properties in 2000 from Birmingham property consultants Phoenix Beard. He worked in an asset management and investment role at IM Properties for 10 years until June 2010 when he was appointed to manage the firm’s development team.

JASON JASPER

Project Manager

A former Senior Project Manager at Barberry Developments, Jason has over 10 years project management experience. Jason joined IM Properties in April 2010 and is responsible for project managing the company’s developments.

JOHN HAMMOND

UK Investment Director

A former Director in Capital Markets at CB Richard Ellis, John joined IM Properties in June 2010 as Investment Manager and is responsible for the company’s acquisition and disposal programme in the UK and the overall performance of the investment portfolio.

DAVID COOK

Asset Management

David joined in 2007 from a portfolio management role at TUI UK in Coventry. David is responsible for asset managing a substantial range of properties across the UK.

ANDREW BAKER

Asset Management

Joined in 2009, previously a Management Surveyor at Countrywide Surveyors in Coventry with a national asset mandate. Andrew is responsible for asset management, splitting his time between Europe and the group’s holdings in the South East.
