IM Properties have successfully completed two major deals totalling 70,000 sqft of warehouse space at Calver Quay in Warrington.
AVC Wireless have recently signed a new 10 year lease to acquire Unit 1 which totals 26,000 ft² at a headline rent of £4.85 per ft². The nationwide based company offers end-to-end solutions in digital media, IT & infrastructure, renewable energy, electrical recycling, facilities services and satellite broadband and is relocating from its existing unit in nearby Birchwood.
In a separate deal, Topgrade Sportswear has acquired Unit 2, which comprises 44,500 ft², for a five year term. The unit which has been taken in addition to their existing warehouse in Birchwood and will enable the company to continue their expansion plans.

“We were always optimistic of successfully letting the units given their proximity to Junction 9 of the M62 and are delighted to have concluded the deals in quick succession of each other after undertaking a comprehensive refurbishment of both units.”
Daniel Burn, Director at joint letting agents Jones Lang LaSalle, who acted alongside CBRE in securing the deals, said,
“Warrington has seen considerable take up over the past few months and there is now a real shortage of good quality industrial / warehouse space available in the town. Given the ongoing economic uncertainty, these deals are great news for the area and testament to the quality of the buildings and proactive approach taken by the landlords”.
