Phoenix House
AirWatch, the fast-expanding leader in mobile device management, has upsized and become the first tenant to take occupation of IM Properties’ recently refurbished Grade A Phoenix House in the centre of Milton Keynes.

The American-owned company has committed to 12,490 sq ft on the top floor of the four storey building, with a view to taking more space as the company expands in the near future.
Phoenix House is located in Station Square, adjacent to Milton Keynes Central railway station, just minutes away from the motorway network. IM’s extensive refurbishment has included new air conditioning, lighting, lifts, toilets and shower facilities, reception area and card access entry system. The property also offers a high ratio of secure car parking.
AirWatch set up its first UK operation in a 2,300 sq ft office in Milton Keynes 12 months ago with four members of staff. The business has grown rapidly, taking on another 65 members of staff and prompting the need to look for more premises nearby.

Ian Evans, AirWatch Managing Director of EMEA, said: “AirWatch has enjoyed massive growth over the past 12 months in the UK. We wanted to upsize to premises nearby as we are committed to Milton Keynes, its workforce and first rate transport links.

“Following IM Properties’ comprehensive refurbishment of Phoenix House, the building provides us with the facilities we need and the option to expand as we recruit more employees. We are actively recruiting more staff and expect to double the workforce over the next 6 to 9 months.”

AirWatch’s new offices will include a staff and client training centre boasting an AirWatch device wall.

Rob Hemus, Asset Manager at IM Properties, said: “We are very pleased that a high profile, forward-thinking company like AirWatch will operate from Phoenix House.
“Their commitment to Phoenix House pays testament to the quality of the office accommodation and to Milton Keynes as a business destination.
“Interest in the remaining space at Phoenix House remains positive and we are confident we will secure more tenants in the near future.”

Louch Shacklock & Partners and Cushman & Wakefield are the joint letting agents for IM Properties.

Robert Shacklock of Louch Shacklock said: “With its location adjacent to Milton Keynes Central railway station and just minutes from the motorway and town centre, Phoenix House offers some of Milton Keynes’ best Grade A office accommodation.”
