Acquisition: Stoke-on-Trent Offices

I.M. Properties have completed the purchase of a 17,556 sq ft office building in the heart of Festival Park, Stoke-on-Trent.  The newly built property is fully let to two tenants, GSH UK Limited and Staffordshire Police Authority, and was purchased from St Modwen for £3 million.
