Acquisition: Hams Hall Distribution Units

Two new units totalling 198,400 sq ft at Hams Hall were acquired by I.M. Properties in December 2007.  Kuehne & Nagel, who occupy the larger 170,454 sq ft unit, have entered into a 10 year lease while the remaining 28,000 sq ft unit is occupied on a 15 year lease by Bridisco Limited.  I.M. Properties acquired these units from Wrenbridge for £16 million.
