Having built up a portfolio in excess of £100 million throughout France and Germany our current focus is on further diversification but this time in the United States of Amercia.

We have so far seeded a US portfolio with $30 million of retail and ground lease investments, the objective being to increase this to $100 million over the next 24 months.
