Coleshill Manor

Coleshill Manor Office Campus stands in a mature tree studded private park of 200 acres within the triangle of land formed by the M6 motorway, the M42 motorway and the M6 Toll Road.  It is undoubtedly a prime location with easy access to central Birmingham, mainline rail services, Birmingham International Airport and the National Exhibition Centre.

The first phase of the development centred on a £6 million refurbishment of the Grade 2 listed former Coleshill Hall and is an excellent example of IM Properties skills at turning a vision into reality. After standing empty and neglected for over 10 years IM Properties have returned the landmark building to its former glory with a new economically viable future in the form of award winning offices.   

The painstaking restoration was rewarded with a much sought after Civic Award presented by North Warwickshire Borough Council.
