Coleshill Manor

The first phase of the development centred on a £6 million refurbishment of the Grade 2 listed former Coleshill Hall and is an excellent example of IM Properties skills at turning a vision into reality. After standing empty and neglected for over 10 years IM Properties have returned the landmark building to its former glory with a new economically viable future in the form of award winning offices.
The painstaking restoration was rewarded with a much sought after Civic Award presented by North Warwickshire Borough Council.
The second phase focusing on design and build office buildings set in the mature parkland commenced with a 37,000 sq ft (3,437 sq m) corporate head office building for vehicle importer and distributor International Motors Limited. The imposing state of the art £7 million HQ has become the central business hub for Subaru (UK) Limited, Isuzu (UK) Limited and Daihatsu (UK) Limited. Design and build opportunities range from self contained office from 9,640 sq ft to 31,396 sq ft. (896 sq m) to 70,000 sq ft. (6,503 sq m).
The location alongside the M42 motorway and close to the junctions with the M6 motorway and M6 toll Road can only be described as "prime".
