Since its formation in 1987, IM Properties has enjoyed considerable growth and now is one of the largest UK privately owned property companies with investment and development portfolios in Europe across the industrial, retail and commercial sectors.
This growth has been achieved through the enterprising spirit which is part of life at IM Properties, and drives us to take initiatives, do things differently and embark on new ventures.

Investment
Enterprising investment activity has seen rapid diversity of our portfolio into Germany and France which now accounts for 25% of our portfolio value, while on-going disposals and acquisitions within the UK continue to strengthen our portfolio base.
Development
The 400 acre Birch Coppice Business Park continues with 2006 seeing the completion of Birmingham Intermodal Freight Terminal - the most efficient container handling railhead in the region. At Coleshill Manor Office Campus letting and virtual freehold deals continued on phase one while the second phase, providing design and build opportunities, kicked off with the completion of a 37,000 sq ft corporate head office scheme.

IM Properties is a well established, conservatively managed, diverse property investment and development company with a strong financial base. The availability of substantial cash resources and bank facilities means that the company has the financial ability to maintain, for the foreseeable future, its exceptional growth of the last six years.
